Core conditioning is a stretch, and strengthening class that focuses on the muscles of the abdominals and torso to tone and condition the abs, improve lower back pain and help the body to function more efficiently in everyday activities. This class is open to everyone from begingers to the advanced fitness enthusiasts. The class is inspired by yoga and pilates movements to really connect mind and body.

Satori Wellness
Satori is a Japanese word that describes the kind of instant awakening that occurs when body, mind, heart, and soul come into balance and harmony. This class is designed to help you do just that - balance these four main aspects of self. Throughout the class, we'll discover that by utilizing specific tools, (some of which include: meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, deep relaxation, and masterminding), we can create a life that is harmonious, balanced, free, and in alignment with our true nature. Yoga with Sammy
This yoga class supports bringing the structure of the body into optimal alignment with the flow of gravity to create ease, balance, strength and flexibility.
Each class begins with a grounding exercise to help connect to our breath. Students will then practice specific poses with a focus on aligning and integrating the body, mind, and heart. This class is for all levels including those who are new to yoga, and includes a new and invigorating playlist that is unique for each class.

Vinyasa Yoga with Lilly
Join yoga and meditation instructor Lilly for a transformative Hatha based vinyasa flow! Lilly’s classes are focused on uniting the body and mind with intention setting and breath work. You’ll work on balancing strength, focus, and flexibility through your asana.

Lilly has crafted a unique style of teaching that is rooted in students learning compassion for the self, resting in presence, and discovering the healing benefits of simply spending time with your body. You’ll learn how to listen to the subtle signals from within, and how to connect deeply to your heart space through the practice of yoga.

Her inspiring classes provide students with the knowledge and courage to carry their practice out of the studio and into their daily lives.

Yoga with Michelle

Michelle has been practicing and teaching for over 25 years. She started with Vinyasa, and added Hot 26/2 style, Yin and Restorative, and then Yoga Nidra for ultimate healing into her practice.
Michelle offers modifications to her classes to ensure the practice is suited for all bodies and ages. Wednesday class will be a mixed style.

Step & Tone with Cheryl
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
