Streamline your Rec Center experience with our new app!
  • Start by setting up your account, as prompted by the welcome email from us. Please contact the front desk (303.567.4822 or csa@ccmrd.com) if you did not receive it.
  • Once you have set up your account, head to your play/app store, and search for Clear Creek Rec Center (the app background is dark blue, with our logo in white).
  • Download the app and login using the email address and password from Step 1.
  • That’s it! You can now use your phone to scan in at the front desk instead of your membership card, sign up for group wellness classes, activities, personal training, and more!

    Adult Softball League

    Step up to the plate and let the games begin! Join our Coed Adult Softball League for a summer of swings, slides, and sensational plays. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just looking to have some fun, our league promises action-packed nights under the lights. So grab your glove, rally your team, and get ready to hit it out of the park with us!

  • Teams will face off over 6 weeks (each team will have a bye week), with the top 4 teams advancing to the Championship Game in week 7. Each team must have at least 4 females on the batting order , and team rosters are limited to 18 players.

    Here's what you need to know:

  • Gather your crew! Each kickball team consists of 10 players, with at least 3 of each sex.
  • Flex your lineup – teams can bat up to 12 players (10 fielders and 2 extra hitters).
  • Keep it competitive with a maximum of 18 players on your roster.
  • Get ready for showdowns over 6 action-packed weeks, with the league champion crowned based on total wins.

    Exciting news! Instructor Amy Tomlinson (PCI Certified) is ready to help you kick off your pickleball journey or take your game to the next level. Whether you're looking to refine your skills individually or prefer a semi-private setting to focus on strategy, Amy has you covered..

    Private Lessons:

  • Cost: $40.00 per hour. Focus: Tailored to individual skills and improvement areas. Benefits: Personalized attention and targeted skill development
  • Semi-Private Lessons:

  • Cost: $60.00 per hour for two people. Cost: $80.00 per hour for four people. Focus: Choose between skills enhancement, strategy, or a combination. Benefits: Collaborative learning with a focus on specific goals
  • Flexible Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled based on the availability of the player, instructor, and Clear Creek Rec Center gym. We work to find a time that suits everyone involved, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable learning experience.

    This group is designed for players with more advanced skills. Participants should have a solid understanding of basic stroke fundamentals (forehand, backhand, serve, volley, and dinking), as well as knowledge of rules, scoring, court positions, and strategy.

    This group is designed specifically for seasoned players with a high level of skill. Advanced players in this group exhibit consistent shot-making proficiency, encompassing serves, forehands, backhands, volleys, and possess a comprehensive understanding of rules and scoring.

    Players in this group are expected to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Successfully hit serves into the proper court six out of ten tries.
  • Return serves over the net with precision six out of ten tries.
  • Execute volleys from the No Volley Zone five out of ten tries.
  • Achieve successful dinking five out of ten tries.
  • Equipment will be provided, or you're welcome to bring your own paddle. To ensure a focused and personalized learning experience, each class is limited to twelve players. Secure your spot today, as spaces are filling up fast. Advance registration is mandatory for participation.

  • Intermediate Pickleball Skills & Drills Clinic

    Are you an intermediate pickleball player looking to elevate your game to the next level? Join us for a comprehensive skills and drills clinic led by the experienced Amy Tomlinson. This clinic is designed for players who can confidently execute serves, serve returns, dinks, and volleys but are eager to expand their repertoire. Learn the art of long and short drop shots to add versatility to your game. Explore a variety of serves and master the technique behind them. Work on effective lobs and strategies to enhance your offensive and defensive play. Focus on defending your feet at the No Volley Zone for improved court control. ).

    Advanced Techniques Practice strategies that will give you the edge and help you secure more points during gameplay. Knowledge Requirements: A complete understanding of rules, scoring, and court positions is required for this clinic.

    Limited Participants To ensure personalized attention, there is a limit of eight players for this clinic.

  • Pickleball Scramble

  • Arrival Time: All players should arrive by 6:00 p.m.
  • Team Assignments Teams will be assigned prior to the start of play
  • Game Rules Rally Scoring The team that wins the point gets the point.
  • Scorekeeping The scorekeeper will keep track of points scored by each team during each game.
  • Serving Rotation Each player serves three times in each game. Player #1 serves one time, then it goes to their partner, then to the opposing team, with each player on that team serving once. This rotation goes for three rounds for a total of 12 points served. Starting Position: The first server in a game will always be on the south end, forehand side of the court.
  • Points and Time Limit 12 points per game/ties allowed. 10-minute time limit per game. If the game exceeds ten minutes, the high point team will be declared the winner.
  • Scoring Team points are tallied for all games to determine the Scramble winners.
  • Tiebreaker In case of a tied score between two or more teams, there will be a playoff between those teams to determine the Scramble winner
  • Registration and Prizes $10 per scramble. Maximum of 12 players. Prizes for winning team! Join us for an evening of friendly competition, camaraderie, and pickleball excitement! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our 2.5 – 3.5 Pickleball “Scramble” is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills, meet fellow enthusiasts, and have a great time on the courts.

  • Program registration cancellations that are received at least 7 days prior to the start date will be fully refunded/credited. (The account credit must be utilized prior to the end of the calendar year.)
  • Program registration cancellations that are received within 6 business days prior to the start day will be partially refunded/credited at 50% of the program fee. (The account credit must be utilized prior to the end of the calendar year.)
  • Program registration cancellations that are received after the first day of the program, are ineligible for refund/credit. Cancellations due to a medical condition or other emergency situation will be considered on a case by case basis. Supporting documentation (such as a doctor's note) may be requested.
