Additional equipment
Delivery included within Clear Creek boundaries. Additional fee may apply for set up.

Refund policy
- If the facility or equipment rental cancellation occurs at least 15 days prior to the event, we will refund the reservation, minus a 5% fee OR you may choose to receive an account credit of the full amount (which is valid through the end of the year).
- If the facility or equipment rental cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the event, we will do a 50% refund OR you may choose to receive an account credit of the full amount (which is valid through the end of the year).
